Order Changes & Refunds

Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes — you have 12 hours after purchase to request:

  • A refund
  • Sizing, design, or address edits

Contact us via Instagram DM @nekoneedlework or email.
After 12 hours, we begin production and can no longer issue changes or refunds.

Shipping Info

How long does it take?

  • Processing: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days
  • Total: About 7–10 business days

Orders placed before 5PM PST will begin processing the same day.

Free Pickup at UW Seattle

Use code UWDELIVERY at checkout to waive shipping fees for in-person pickup at the University of Washington – Seattle campus.

  • Your order will not be shipped
  • Pickup will be coordinated via Instagram or email
  • If used incorrectly, your order will not be mailed

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

Sizing & Materials

Most apparel ranges from S to XL, though availability may vary by product.

Custom Orders

We do accept custom embroidery!

  • +$10 minimum customization fee (depending on design)
  • Copies of the same design = standard item price
  • Prices:
    • T-Shirts: $25
    • Hoodies: $45
    • Crewnecks: $40
    • Caps: $20
  • Custom Order(s) Payment via Venmo or Zelle
  • Please allow 3 extra business days for custom orders

Restocks

Some designs are limited and rotate seasonally.
If you missed something, feel free to ask — we might bring it back in a future drop.

Care Instructions

  • Turn items inside out before washing
  • Avoid rough surfaces to prevent embroidery fraying
  • To remove wrinkles, gently iron the embroidery area with a cloth barrier if needed

Embroidery Placement

Embroidery appears exactly where shown in the product photo.
Placement examples: front chest, to the side, sleeve, etc.
